Performances
In the first year of the New Horizons Band, Guelph, performances were limited to the “graduating concerts” held at the end of a twelve-week session. The end of our second year saw performances with the Guelph Concert Band at Harcourt United Church and at Pine Meadows in Belwood. This year we hope to broaden our performance experience by playing out at several different venues throughout the city of Guelph. Road trips to London and Peterborough to visit other New Horizons groups are in our future plans.
Do you travel? If so, there are over 60 New Horizons groups throughout North America that will welcome you to their rehearsals when you travel. As well, there are several camps held in locations from north to south and east to west – Santa Barbra, California; Georgia, Orlando, Florida and Lake view, Ontario.
